WHAT IS SUCCESSFUL FUND?

Successful Fund I is a venture capital fund managed by Successful Capital SGEIC, established in December 2023. The fund originated from Successful Ventures, a pledge fund through which more than 30 investments were made between 2018 and 2022.

Our goal is to identify and support Spanish entrepreneurs who are challenging the status quo and shaping how consumers and businesses will interact with technology in the future.

As experienced and committed investors, we leverage this knowledge and expertise to scale the next generation of global businesses that drive innovation, employment, and wealth creation.

PHILOSOPHY

At Successful Fund I, our investment philosophy is based on supporting startups at their earliest stage, the pre-seed stage. We strongly believe in the power of technology, which is why we focus on companies innovating in the software space rather than hardware.

Although we are sector-agnostic, we have a particular focus on technology startups operating under a B2B SaaS business model. We see tremendous potential in this model due to its scalability, predictability, and efficiency.

Our goal is to identify and support companies that are not only at the forefront of technological innovation, but also have a solid and sustainable business model. We look for companies that are solving real problems and have the potential to transform industries.
